1. After the Hydraulic Pump is installed, remove the tire screws and start refueling. After installing the HydraulicPump on the oil surface of the tank, the oil will overflow from the tire screw holes. At this time, make sure thatpoth tire screw holes have oil overflow. If there is no oil overflowing from any vent screw hole, use a containerto fill the hole with oil.
2. Precautions when starting operation: Before starting, the Hydraulic Pump housing must be filled with hydraulicoil through the drain port to provide internal lubrication to avoid burning and adhesion of internal parts.
3. Start the engine after tightening the intake and exhaust screws. Turn off the engine after 10 seconds. Exhaustair from the exhaust screw hole of hydraulic pump P1 (close to the engine). When the screw is loosened, airwill come out. Then tighten the exhaust hole screw.
4. Start the engine again, turn it off after one minute, and bleed the air again.
. After the air is discharged, after running at idle speed for ten minutes, the excavator slowly moves. Aftercompleting the movement, the air is discharged until the Hydraulic Pump makes no sound
HYDRAULIC PUMP EXHAUST AIR OPERATION PROCESS
PRECAUTIONS FOR COMMUSIONING AND INSTALLATION OF HYDRAULIC PUMPS
When replacing a new Hydraulic Pump, the Hydraulic Oil and Hydraulic Filter element must be replaced. If theHydraulic Pump is damaged by foreign objects due to unclean Hydraulic Oil, you will not be able to apply forafter-sales warranty. The Hydraulic Oil and Hydraulic Filter element should be replaced before installing theHydraulic Pump, and the Hydraulic Filter element must be replaced again after one week, one month, or threemonths of the usage to ensure that there are no foreign objects in the Hydraulic System and the Hydraulic Systemwill operates normally
1. The absorbed power of a new Hydraulic Pump is generally greater than the engine output power. Duringnstallation, the absorbed power of the Hydraulic Pump needs to be appropriately adjusted to be consistentwith the engine output power. Otherwise, the engine cannot drive the Hydraulic Pump and there will be nooressure on the entire unit, which has nothing with the quality of the Hydraulic Pump. Hold down slightly andadjust the unit to the middle. Hold down the throttle slightly and adjust the small screw. Turn left 45 degreeseach time until it is adjusted to the best condition.
2. Before replacing the Hydraulic Pump with a new one, if the pressure of the Hydraulic Pump is insufficient, themain relief valve of the multi-way valve may be damaged. When replacing a new Hydraulic Pump, please alsoeplace the main relief valve with reliable quality. Otherwise, the pressure of the new Hydraulic Pump may beeaked by the broken main relief valve, resulting in insufficient pressure in the entire unit.If there is a problemwith the installation of the Hydraulic Pump, please contact our staff as soon as possible. Do not force theoperati
3. The Hydraulic Pump is equipped with a breaker. It is very easy to be mixed into the Hydraulic System, so pleasepay special attention to it
1. During the use of the Hydraulic Pump, if the oil pipe is replaced, air may be mixed into the Hydraulic Pipe. Aftera period of time, all the air will be collected into the Hydraulic Pump, causing the Hydraulic Pump to vibrateviolently. Follow the procedures for installing the Hydraulic Pump and exhaust. Remember not to force theoperation, which will cause malfunction of the Hydraulic Pump by improper human operation
. The internal pressure of the hydraulic pump housing normally does not exceed 0.1MPa, with a peak value of0.4MPa. Therefore, choose the appropriate and suitable drain pipe size and filter.
6. Installation direction and drain circuit piping
The pump shaft should be installed in the horizontal direction as shown in the figure below. The drain line must extend above the top of the pump housing
The drain port on the upper part of the pump casing should be used. The size of the drain pipeline must beequal to or larger than the drain port sizeFor double pumps with booster impellers, a drain line must be installed on each pump.
7. Connection of Driving Shaft
Use a flexible coupling to connect the pump drive shaft to the engine flywheel or motor shaft.
Alignment should be carried out that the parallel error may be held within +0.03 mm.
Do not apply radial or thrust load to the shaft end.
